SMART Habit Saturday

Here are my goals I am working on for the months of March and April.

Goals:

  • Exercise ( I have a gym membership I need to use)
  • get back into scrap booking
  • Drink more water---- I bought some propell and liptons tea powder packs you add to water and I am doing pretty good!
  • Form Laundry habits ( a load a day start to finish)
  • Be on time to play dates
  • go to bed by 11:00
  • To try to cut back my online time--- YEAH RIGHT! This is very hard, I am Working Struggling on this one.

Habits:

  • Establish a morning routine
  • Establish a bedtime routine
  • Read a chapter or more a day in a book

What I am working on this week:

  • Drink more water
  • Exercise ( I have a gym membership I need to use)
  • go to bed by 11:00

I just recently purchased a new book by Stacy Julian, the founder of Simple Scrapbooks Magazine. It is called Photo Freedom. It is a different way to look at your pictures, how to catagorize them so that you can find more meaningful connections and then more meaningful pages.
I also purchased The Big Picture by Stacy as well.

That's great you're fitting in the reading. I sat myself on the couch today and got through a whole book. I don't usually get to do that but for some reason the kids let me!
