Menu Plan Monday

Let me start by saying I LOVE TO MENU PLAN!!! I can plan two weeks out sometimes, but most often it is just weekly. I am a member of a Cooking Co-opp. We swap meals once a month. The number of meals vary depending of the number of participants for the month.

I also feed my freezer once a week or so. This way I always have extra meals on hand. I also plan mine out Sunday through Saturday.

Sunday	Chicken & Cheese Enchiladas (I used Beef) FREEZER MEAL
Monday	French Bread Pizza (SWAP MEAL)
Tuesday	Crockpot Brown Sugar Chicken FREEZER MEAL
Wednesday	Spaghetti Meat Balls (Spaghetti sauce in place of bbq)
Thursday	Mini Shepherd's Pies Recipe (Swap Meal)
Friday	3 Cheese baked ziti (Swap Meal)
Saturday	CROCKPOT BARBECUED CHICKEN

Menu Plan Monday

As all my friends know I have been doing this for a while now. I love the idea of sharing my menu plan!! Now I have an outlet for it!!! I will try to find pictures for my recipes or links. I do my menu plan Sunday -Saturday. I go shopping on Fridays for the following week.
