I got off my fat A$$ and did it!!!!

I went back to the gym for the first time today!@!!! I walked/ran on the treadmill for 40 mins and then got on the bike and was only able to do 6 minutes. I walked around the track once to cool off.

I will start going three days a week and on the off days I will try my best to workout at home, I have tones of videos.

SO YEA!!! ME!!!!
